Handcrafted organic wine grown with the family love

What is natural and what nature created for you

Things to know about our wine

Dry-farmed vineyards

We rely solely on rain - no irrigation. This way we get intensely flavored grapes.

Lower sulfites

Our wine contains more tannins and antioxidants. We want the best for your health.

NO industrial Additives

We are against all fining agents, preservatives, fermentation enhancers, and chemical additives.

Organically farmed

We support the harmony between soil, plants, animals, and human activity. It results in an unvarnished and honest wine with a unique taste experience.

Handcrafted

At Anapea Village grapes are always hand harvested and hand stored. We nurture our vineyard with organic and biodynamic practices.

Skin-contact wines

We do not remove the grape skins, as required in typical white wine production, and they stay in contact with the juice for months.

Our mission
At Anapea village, we strive to restore the household activity, lifestyle, viticultural tradition, people’s attitude towards vineyard and organic wine, Rtveli (grape harvesting) and wine making techniques together with the glorious culture of the 19th century Kakheti region
Zero compromise
Our wine never touches any plastic. We get what the nature gives us and, judging by the results, nature offers us only the best.
Meet our geese
Geese protect the predatory cutworm population, eliminating the need to protect our plants with harsh pesticides. Geese protect soil from erosion. Coexistence with the nature is what makes our wine unique.

Our family

Anapea is a family business. All members of the household – Giorgi Tskitishvili, Maia Tskitishvili, Khatia Darguashvili, and Gocha Tskitishvili, are involved in each stage. We travelled, studied, and spent hours with the wine-loving people and returned to our origin with a wealth of memories and friendships. Our wines are the best representations of who we are, reflecting our history, craft, and personality.

Part of the bigger community

We are certified winemakers by CaucasCert and members of Georgian Natural Wine Association (GNWA). Moreover, we participate in RAW WINE annual fairs every year.

A zero tolerance approach

Our bottled wine is made by low intervention standards. This is a product of harmonious coexistence between humankind and nature.
